Emergency — 24/7 emergency heat and no-cool response. No-heat and no-cool calls are triaged on the phone first; roughly one call in six is solved before we dispatch, and we would rather tell you that than bill you for it.
Service radius — approximately 30 miles from Olney, covering Silver Spring, Olney, Potomac, Bethesda, Germantown, Takoma Park and the surrounding Montgomery County communities.
Diagnostic fee — quoted before we dispatch, and applied toward the repair or toward a replacement booked within 30 days.
